1. Initial consultation
If you are in Melbourne let's arrange to meet for a coffee, if not let's chat on the phone, or video call and discuss your dream. Most of our custom piecesto date have been completely remotely. We can discuss your design ideas, budget and the process from go to woe so you are fully informed.

2. Concept Sketches
Sketches will then be drawn up by our artist.We will keep working on the artwork until you feel it is your ideal piece.We will discuss the stones to be used and the precious metals.

3. 3D Visualizations
We will get your design created in high resolution 3D renderings and design programs.This will allow you to virtually see your piece and this is when you add, subtract, alter etc to get to “perfect” status!

4. Final creation
Final costs agreed and then to the manufacture. Your item will take approximately a month from when we have all stones.
